Bailey runs on teamwork—and our amazing staff are the engine! Our Secret Pal program is a feel-good tradition that keeps spirits high and hearts full. Want to support our staff? We’ve got three fun ways to get involved. Let’s show the love!

Adopt a Staff Member
When you sign up to be a secret pal, you commit to doing something anonymously for your adopted pal at least five times (or more, up to you) by leaving the staff member snacks, homemade treats, notes of support, modest gifts, or school supplies. The point is not to spend a lot of money, but to regularly show our staff how much they are appreciated. Once you sign up, we'll match you with a staff member and provide you with details on your pal, program info, gift ideas, and a gift reminder on your preferred delivery months! (Remember, it's secret, so drop off your gifts at the front office without your name attached.) This is a perfect way for volunteers to get involved if you have limited time.

Provide Secret Pal Donation
If you would like to support our staff but don’t feel that you can commit to adopting a pal, then consider making a donation to the Secret Pal program through the payment portal on this page. Any amount is appreciated. This will help cover the cost for the staff members who do not have a secret pal as well as a couple small tokens for all staff during the school year. If you include an email with your donation, we will send a picture of what you contributed to!

Volunteer for Secret Pals
If you like crafting or have talents in developing the perfect heart felt gift, we would like you to join our team. We also need people to put items together and drop off gifts. This is a perfect opportunity for volunteers that have more time.
